Refund & Return Policy
Label Printing Services
All printed labels are custom-made for your brand. For this reason, all label printing sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on printed labels.
Design Services
All design services are non-refundable. Our team invests significant time, expertise, and resources into each design project. Once the design process has started or design fees have been paid, no refunds or credits will be issued, even if you choose to discontinue services.
Order Cancellation Policy
If you cancel an order for any reason, a store credit will be issued for the total amount paid.
- No refunds will be provided
- No exceptions will be made
- Store credits do not expire and may be applied to future purchases
Damages, Defects & Order Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.
Please note:
- We do not replace labels printed with the incorrect size or file provided by the customer
- Issues reported after 5 days of delivery will not be eligible for replacement
All packages are insured. If a package arrives damaged, a claim may be filed with the shipping carrier (USPS).
